Abstract
Leadership has emerged as a subject of profound interest among researchers across diverse fields of knowledge, with the significance of administrative leadership intensifying in the contemporary era due to global transformations across all sectors. The success of administrative leadership amidst these shifts necessitates highly competent leaders capable of performing their roles optimally to achieve designated organizational objectives. Today, the fundamental mission of leaders lies in creating a positive impression among subordinates, an achievement realized only when a leader resonates effectively with their team by unlocking their latent energies and potential. Consequently, leadership is fundamentally perceived as an emotional or affective function, leading to the formulation of new management paradigms that invite administrative leaders to engage in reflective practice. Emotional Intelligence stands as one of these prominent paradigms, garnering widespread attention in various life domains, particularly within business organizations, with a specific focus on its applications in administrative leadership.
