Abstract

The research leading to the estimator for the percent relative efficiency for shape parameter (B) from two parameter weibull distribution and estimator the absolute relative bias when (m ) smallest ordered observation in a sample of size (n) from weibull distribution and compute the efficient estimator for parameter when to find the best range of .
