Abstract
This study includes threemajor parts, the first deals with the principles and administration of the cooperation while the second part focused on engineering and its relation with other views.The other part concerned with the evolution of the agricultural cooperation in Kurdistanregion of Iraq and the present of cooperation before the law of rejection.The number of cooperatives in Erbil governorate were (85) and in the sulaimaniya governorate (62) and in Duhok governorate (41).The researcher used two information data, the firstconcerned with the agricultural producers and the second with the agricultural specialists and from these data we found that:-1-68,33 from the specialists attributed the failure the agricultural cooperation to a political cause and 28,33 to the economic cause, and 36.66% of the agreed with refusal resolution the agreed with refusal resolution, and 63.34% rejected.2-36.66% agreed, who were discussed from the agricultural specialists, a decision of cooperatives a abolishment while 63.34% rejected. 3-81.66 from the cooperation specialists agreed with the engineering of the agricultural cooperatives, while those against were 18.34%.4-85% from the agricultural producers agreed with the re engineering of the cooperatives while the refusal percent were 15%.
