Abstract
This study is a theoretical inquiry dedicated to presenting a contemporary approach for business organizations that can be leveraged to achieve leadership and sustainability. This is accomplished by adopting the "Creative Destruction" framework and proposing a model capable of interacting with the environment and its inherent opportunities and challenges. The study is structured into three sections: the first outlines the research methodology, the second elucidates the conceptual framework of creative destruction and its core components while presenting a model that provides a clear visualization of this approach, and the third and final section discusses the theoretical conclusions derived from this research
