Abstract
This research aims to determine the impact of variations in employees' perceptions of organizational justice within the organizations under study. Perception was adopted as the explanatory variable, while organizational justice—represented by its three dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice)—served as the response variable. To achieve the research objectives, the Baghdad Health Directorate/Al-Karkh was selected as the study population. A questionnaire was designed using a five-point Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods.
