Abstract
CharacterizedIraq,beingone of the oldest countrieswhere oilwas discoveredin the Middle East since1927,and possess a vast oilreserves.In addition, the production and marketingof Iraqi oil continuedsince1934 anduntilthe present time.Over thepasteight decades,the range of economicbenefitof the financial Iraq’s oil resources varied according tothe applicableforms of investmentsin the oil sector in Iraq. This researchincludeda studyofthe subject according toseveralaspects ofthe structure included theintroduction andthree sections.First Section,reviewed thepossibilitiesof Iraqi oil. Thesecond sectionfocusedon the issue of fluctuatingprices ofIraqi oil exportsinworld oil markets.Whilethe third sectiondealt withthe implications offluctuating oil priceson the Iraqi economy.Finally, the research ends with the conclusions
