Abstract

The currentresearch aimsto providea philosophical andknowledge framework to explain the issue oforganizationsdealingwithParadoxphenomenaby focusingon five mainaspects.Thefirstdeals withthe concept of paradox,and thesecond aspectdeals with thetypes offorces paradox.Whilethe third aspect regardssubject ofthe philosophy ofparadox in organization theory andthe fourth side deals with methods of solving the paradox.Finally,the lastsideis exposedto the subject ofthe paradoxesof the threeprovided by thestudy(Lewis, 2000)which isa paradoxlearning, andorganizing paradoxand identity paradox.The study concludesthat theprocess of solvingthe paradox requires fromorganizations to achievingfollowerssimultaneous for poles ofthe paradox.
