Abstract
The research reached several key findings, most notably that employees' perception of the importance of distributive justice outweighs their concerns regarding interactional and procedural justice. This provides a tangible indicator for the management of the directorate regarding the necessity of ensuring fairness in this specific dimension, which is highly prioritized by individuals. Consequently, this aspect should be leveraged as a driving and motivating factor for employees in the performance of their duties.
