It is vry important because it can provide us with the contention between virus peoples . the interaction among the people can pass all kind of Knowledge among them. the connection and interaction and interaction enable the Knowledge to translate from individual level to organizational level .then the company can make its economic and competitive advantage .
Knowledge can occurred when be a large communication between people management can increase this sharing by motivate employee and provide them with tools to do hard then organization can be innovation .
