Abstract

"The aim of the research is to identify the availability of the dimensions of the research variables represented by organizational symmetry and the quality of work-life at the University of Information and Communications Technology, which is one of the formations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Baghdad, in addition to knowing the relationship and influence between them. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach based on peer description. The research was analyzed and the research sample consisted of (148) individuals, the sample was chosen using the comprehensive inventory method, data was obtained by relying on the questionnaire which was prepared from ready-made measures from foreign studies and was subjected to tests of honesty and persistence then presented to a group of scientific constituents. A number of statistical tools were used for statistical analysis (Simple linearity, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression), Also relying on the statistics program (SPSS. V.25) to test the validity of the hypotheses. The research reached several conclusions, including the level of organizational symmetry and the quality of work-life in the research organization was high for the two variables and that there is a strong impact after loyalty, which is one of the dimensions of organizational symmetry in the quality of work-life, the enhancement of organizational symmetry among the employees of the researched university will contribute to enhancing work conditions and improving opportunities for career growth in addition to social integration and leading to improving the quality of work-life, and the researchers recommended a number of recommendations that benefit a community.
