In light of the results of research and analysis has been to reach a set of conclusions was among them there is a correlation relationship between dimensions of performance management (performance planning, performance assessment, performance improvement, feedback), which confirms the cohesion of these dimensions with each other, as well as having ties correlation also between the dimensions of organizational excellence (excellence leadership, characterized by subordinates, and marked a strategic, characteristic of organizational culture) with each other, which confirms the homogeneity of these dimensions,
