يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تسليط الاضواء حول مفهوم الموارد البشرية صعبة المرأس كتحدي جديد لمنظمات الأعمال وتحديد مسببات سلوكهم، ومن ثم تحليل الآراء المتعلقة بأنماط هذه الموارد البشرية وإستعراض إستراتيجيات إدارتهم وتشخيص الفوائد وأخيراً بيان توصيات الأدبيات المعاصرة بشأن مستقبل إدارة الموارد البشرية صعبة المرأس.
