أن الغرض من البحث الحالي هو التعرُّف على أثر قاعدة البيانات على مجالات الخدمة المصرفية (توفير خدمات التحويلات المالية ونقل الأموال , حفظ الودائع المالية , توفير خدمات القروض الشخصية) باستخدام تحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه متعدد المتغيرات . تكوَّن مجتمع البحث من الموظفين البالغ عددهم (120) موظفا في مصرفين عراقيين ، تمّ أخذ عينة طبقية عشوائيّة حجمها (104) موظفا . تم تصميم استبانة البحث المكونة من (24) فقرة وذلك من أجل تطبيق تحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه متعدِّد المتغيِّراتOne-Way Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) بإستخدام SPSS. أن من النتائج الرئيسة للبحث الحالي ، أنه يوجد أثر لقاعدة البيانات على مجالات الخدمة المصرفية في مصارف( الرافدين , الرشيد) العراقية.
