يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة تأثير الارتقاء المعرفي في ديمومة في الكليات والجامعات الاهلية في بغداد. وتتلخص مشكلة البحث بالتساؤل الرئيسي)هل استطاعت القيادات الاكاديمية توظيف الارتقاء المعرفي في تعزيز ديمومة الاعمال ( ولأهيمه هذا القطاع كانت الجامعات والكلية الاهلية في مدينة بغداد ميدانا لهذا البحث وكان اختيار مجتمع البحث على اساس سنة تأسيس الكلية او الجامعة ، اذ تم اعتماد التي مضى على تأسيسها اكثر من عشر سنوات واجرى الباحث زيارة ميدانية ل (10) جامعة او كلية اهلية وتتكون عينة البحث من (177)فردا من عمداء الكليات ومعاونيهم فضلا عن رؤساء الاقسام العلمية والادارية ، وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي اذ استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الخاصة بالجانب التطبيقي تم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الادوات الإحصائية الملائمة باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) و ( (AMOS لتحليل البيانات، وقد اظهرت النتائج ان هناك تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية للارتقاء المعرفي في ديمومة الاعمال.
