المسـتخلص
نظراً لعدم وجود دراسة احصائية سابقة لسلوك التعويضات وبالتحديد التأمين الصحي الذي يمثل النسبة الأكبر من التعويضات في عموم شركات التأمين في العراق، تم إختيار هذه الدراسة وتطبيقها في شركة التأمين العراقية.
ولغرض تحديد أفضل أنموذج احتمالي يمثل تعويضات التأمين الصحي، تم استخدام أنموذجين إحتماليين تم تحديدهما من خلال الكشف الأولي لتوزيع عينة البحث بأستخدام برنامج (Easy Fit):
أحدهما منفرد وهو(Lognormal) لجميع مشاهدات العينة، والآخر مركب (Compound Weibull) عند تجزئة العينة الى جزئين؛ جزء يمثل التعويضات الصغيرة والآخر للتعويضات كبيرة، وتم التركيز على الأنموذج المركب بشيء من التفصيل من حيث صياغته وأهميته. مع تطبيق حالة البتر في كليهما لاُن التعويضات الصحية محددة من الأعلى بمبلغ مليوني دينار في هذه الشركة.
وتم تقدير معلمات كلا الأنموذجين باستخدام طريقة الامكان الأعظم (MLE) واستخدام اسلوب (نيوتن – رافسون) في إيجاد هذه التقديرات. ومن ثم المقارنة بين الأنموذجين باستخدام المقياس (MSE). وتم التوصل بشكل عام الى أن الأنموذج المركب هو أفضل من الأنموذج المنفرد في تمثيل التعويضات.
