سيناريوهات استثمار الاهوار المقترحة ومتطلبات النجاح : دراسة حالة في اهوار ميسان

يهدف البحث إلى تقديم عدد من السيناريوهات لاستثمار الاهوار وقد تمثلت مشكلة البحث بعدم وجود تحليل معمق لبيئة الاهوار وان الأساليب التقليدية في التحليل البيئي غير كافية ،اما مجتمع البحث فتمثل بأصحاب القرار في محافظة ميسان وتوصل البحث إلى اقتراح ثلاثة سيناريوهات مع بيان متطلبات نجاح كل واحد منها وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات هي ان السناريوهات الثلاثة المقترحة لاستثمار الاهوار تعتمد على مدى توافر المتطابات اللازمة لكل سيناريو فكلما كان توافر المتطلبات بمستوى عال فان السناريو يكون تفاؤلي واذا توافرت المتطلبات بمستوى متوسط فان السيناريو يكون معتدل , واذا توافرت المتطلبات بمستوى ضعيف فان السيناريو يكون تشاؤمي وذلك من خلال إجابات عينة البحث على الاستبانة اما أهم التوصيات فهي ان عملية وضع السيناريوهات هي عملية داعمة للمؤسسات لتكون مستعدة وأكثر مرونة وقدرة على التكيف مع المستقبل في ظل بيئة حركية ، لذا لابد من الاهتمام بإيجاد كوادر متخصصة وقادرة على القيام بهذه المهمة .
