أنتاج الفقر في الدول النامية بين المفهوم والأسبابالملخص
ان الفقر في البلدان النامية هو نتاج التخلف، مثلما تعد الرفاهية ونفي الفقر هي نتاج التنمية الشاملة. والتخلف في بلادنا معطى تاريخي نتج عن فترة الاستعمار وما صاحبها من نزح الفائض إلى الخارج مع تشوه الهيكل الإنتاجي. وفي العصر الراهن أعيد أنتاج الفقر بل ازداد تفاقماً في السنوات الأخيرة– بحكم مجموعة من الأسباب الداخلية والخارجية. علماً ان الفقر اليوم مرتبط في الكثير من إشكاله بالفقر الناتج في الأمس البعيد والقريب.
