يعد التفاوض من أهم انواع الاتصال في المنظمات المعاصرة، ويعتمد ذلك على الدور المهم الذي تقوم به نظم المعلومات الادارية في توفير المعلومات الضرورية والمناسبة لنجاح العملية التفاوضية.
وعلى ضوء ذلك تستهدف الدراسة قياس مدى تأثير متغيرات نظم المعلومات الادارية في عملية التفاوض.
وتم اختبار ذلك من خلال فرضيتين، كانت الأولى لعلاقة الارتباط والثانية للتأثير، استخدمت عدد من الاساليب الاحصائية اهمها معامل الارتباط سبيرمان (Spearman) ومعامل التحديد (R2) وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها، أهمية الدور الذي تقوم به أنظمة المعلومات الادارية في النشاط التفاوضي وبناء على ذلك قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات.
