متطلبات الإستثمار في الاهوار : دراسة حالة في اهوار ميسان

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لنجاح استثمار الاهوار وتعظيم العوائد المتوقعة من الاستثمار والنتائج المترتبة عليه , وتمثلت مشكلة البحث بالتساؤل عن مدى توافر المتطلبات الضرورية لنجاح استثمار الاهوار , اما مجتمع البحث فتمثل بأصحاب القرار في محافظة ميسان, وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث هي ان للاستثمار اهمية كبيرة في دعم الاقتصاد ورفع المستوى الثقافي والاجتماعي ولايكون الاستثمار ناجحا الا بتهيئة البيئة الاستثمارية الملائمة من النواحي الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية والامنية , وأهم التوصيات هي العمل على توفير البيئة الاستثمارية الملائمة للاستثمار من خلال القضاء على العوائق الامنية و الادارية والقانونية وإيجاد البنى التحتية الكافية ونشر الوعي الاستثماري لدى سكان الاهوار والترويج لاستثمار الاهوار .
