هدف البحث إلى التعرف على كل من إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية ( الهندرة ) و عملية اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية في مجتمع البحث وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين المتغيرين ومعرفة العلاقة بينهما لتحقيق هدف البحث .استخدم في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . ويتكون مجتمع البحث من مجموعة من أساتذة وموظفي كلية التربية التابعة للجامعة المستنصرية في بغداد والبالغ عددهم (45) حيث قام الباحث بتوزيع الاستمارات على كل أفراد العينة وتم استبعاد (3) استمارات فقط لعدم صلاحيتها وبذلك بلغ عدد الاستمارات المعتمدة في التحليل (42) استمارة, وتم تصميم استبانة البحث استنادا إلى الدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث وتم استخدام المسح الشامل لعينة البحث وباستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية توصل البحث إلى وجود ارتباط وعلاقة معنوية بين أبعاد إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية وعملية اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية .
