هدف البحث الى تشخيص وتقويم مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي بأبعاده(الشعوري، المعياري، المستمر) ومستوى الانضباط بأبعاده (الواجبات الوظيفية، المسؤولية المهنية واخلاقيات المهنة) لدى الاطباء في مستشفى الرمادي التعليمي لما لهما من علاقة بفعالية المنظمة ودرجة انجاز العمل فيها وتحقيق الاهداف المخطط لها ولأهمية النتائج المتوقعة منه في الميدان المبحوث تم اختيار عينة بحجم(50) طبيبا من كافة الفروع والاختصاصات , ومنها أطباء أخصائيين واستشاريين وممارسين بالإضافة إلى فروع الإقامة والإقامة القدمي لاهتمام البحث في شريحة الاطباء ان ابرز النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها ان مستوى الالتزام الشعوري والمعياري كان فوق المتوسط اما الالتزام المستمر ظهر ضعيف بسبب خطورة الوضع الامني كما يوجد تأثير قوي للالتزام التنظيمي في انضباط الاطباء
