تقدير دالة الانتاجية (Availability) من خلال تحديد امثل دورة صيانة وقائية دورية غير تامه(غير مثاليه) باستخدام المحاكاة

يتناول هذا البحث بناء نموذج لخطة صيانة وقائية مطبقه في حالة الأنظمة ذات الوحدات المفردة (Single-Unit System) وطبقاَ لهذه الإستراتيجية أو الخطة فان النظام يخضع لصيانة وقائية دورية غير مثاليه، والتي تعيد النظام بعد أجراءها إلى الحالة الجيدة كالجديد "as good as new" باحتمال P ، والى الحالة الرديئة كالقديم "as bad as old"باحتمال q، وان التصليح أو الصيانة غير المثاليه تحصل بصورة متعاقبة بين أعمال الصيانة الوقائية، وهذا يؤدي إلى تناقص في أوقات الفشل مع الأخذ بنظر الاعتبار معدل تنفيذ تلك الأعمال من الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، وعليه لابد من بناء نموذج رياضي يتم من خلاله أيجاد امثل فترة لصيانة وقائية دورية غير تامة(غير مثاليه) التي بدورها تحقق نقطة الاستقرار للنظام وبالتالي زيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية لذلك النظام ككل،أن بناء ذلك النموذج يتطلب معرفتا بـدالة شبه التجديد عندما يتوزع أول وقت فشل توزيع ويبل للفشل .
