يهتم البحث بموضوعين حيويين ومتفاعلين كثيرا في الحياة المنظمية على صعيد المنظمات في الوقت الحاضر وهما (القيادة الإستراتيجية بأبعادها الستة وإدارة المعرفة بأبعادها الأربعة)، ويحاول التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بينهما، وتأثير القيادة الإستراتيجية في عمليات إدارة المعرفة في وزارة النفط
(دائرة المشاريع).
تكونت العينة من (50) شخصا عاملا في الدائرة المذكورة، وتم استخدام الإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، يتكون البحث من أربعة أجزاء، خصص الأول إلى المفاهيم النظرية للمتغيرين والثاني إلى منهجية البحث والثالث لتحليل البيانات وتفسير النتائج والأخير إلى أهم الاستنتاجات والتوصيات .
