Abstract

At a time of increasing human potential in the face of crises and risks through the use of technology on a large scale and steadily in various fields of life, and the vulnerability of business organizations as a result of mistakes. The failure of a sudden these errors or omissions or symptoms. Also, some crises occur outside the control of management, others caused by leakage of important information and sometimes secret may be a strategy or a new plan or new project occurs outside the organization to the opposite of what is planned. Therefore, the crisis management are critical to all organizations, because the active management of the crisis helps to ensure the continued prosperity of the organization. Here comes from the research was part of "managing the business organizations in the era of managerial technique".

Aim of the research to the extent of the effectiveness of crisis management in business organizations in the era of managerial techniques, through the use of business organizations with data and information related to the crisis posed to business organizations, and predict the risks before they occur to enable organizations to develop scenarios for and prepared fully to deal with crises when they occur and minimize its negative impacts to the lowest possible degree.

The research has come to a set of results to assist management in dealing with crises that can go through, including:

1- The effectiveness of crisis management has become the practice of leadership among organizations today, particularly if the Department has sought to generate more information and to stimulate creativity and encourage participation of the decisions and do a search and investigation of the factors that contribute to or hinder the response to the crisis in the near future and long term.

2- Failure to manage the crisis and ensure the effectiveness of the confrontation is only a result of the scan and the misuse of information technologies and the poor to deal with situations and positions of the crisis or the absence of policies or strategies or weak move by step to a successful face of the first signs of crisis.
