Empower subordinates within the framework of Transformational Leadership

This study examined the effect of transformational leadership four main dimensions (ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual considerations) as the independent variable on the dimensions of empowerment (knowledge and skill, communication, trust, incentives).
The study sought to achieve a set of goals and most important: the study of the reality of the organization surveyed to identify strategies or policies with employees by transformational leadership, moreover see how much support such a leadership strategy for empowerment and describe the dimensions of empowerment of (knowledge and skill, communication, and trust , and incentives) and the extent of its contribution to the promotion and realization of Organisational innovation, and test the correlation and impact between each of the transformational leadership and empowerment in the circuit surveyed.
