الخلاصة
يواجه الاقتصاد العراقي جملة من التحديات الاقتصادية التي تهدد مستقبل العراق وامنه الاقتصادي والسياسي والاجتماعي كالفقر والبطالة والتضخم والبنى التحتية المدمرة وارتفاع تكاليف الانتاج والفساد الاداري والمالي والتلوث البيئي ومشاكل المياه وتدهور الانتاج الزراعي والصناعي وغير ذلك، وما يزيد من خطورة هذه التحديات انها متشابكة ومتداخلة و اخذة بالاتساع ، دون ان يقابل ذلك تبني الدولة ستراتيجيات من شأنها وضع الحلول المناسبة والملائمة لحل تلك التحديات بسبب انشغالها بموضوع الامن والارهاب ،مما يتطلب وضع ستراتيجية متكاملة يتم من خلالها معالجة تلك التحديات.
