وضح البحث تحليل الاستثمارات المالية من خلال تحليل القوائم المالية للمصارف التجارية باستخدام المؤشرات المالية لغرض تحديد مدى جدوى هذه الاستثمارات وتحديد الانحرافات السلبية و الانحرافات الايجابية وذلك لغرض تشخيص الانحرافات السلبية وتطوير الانحرافات الايجابية. نظراً لأهمية الاستثمارات المالية في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية، فضلاً عن ذلك تعد الاستثمارات المالية من أهم الأنشطة المصرفية التي تجلب الإيرادات المجزية نتيجة قيام المصارف التجارية باستلام الودائع المصرفية ومن ثم تشغيلها وتوجيه هذه الأموال إلى المجالات الاستثمارية المناسبة.
