توظيف البرمجة الهدفية متعددة الخيارات لتقليل تكاليف الخزين والعجز لوحدات الدم في مراكز العناية الصحية

تم التطرق الى استعمل البرمجة الهدفية متعددة الخيارات Multi-choice Goal Programming (MCGP) وهي إنموذج مطور من البرمجة الهدفية حيث تستخدم في ظل تعدد وتعارض الاهداف عند الاختيار بين بدائل القرار في حالات تخصيص الموارد كما انها إنموذج يسعى الى أيجاد اقرب واحسن الحلول الى القيم المحددة للأهداف بمستوى الطموح، حيث ان الهدف الاول في نموذج البرمجة الهدفية متعددة الخيارات المستعمل سعي الى تقليل مجموع كلفتي الخزين، العجز، اما الهدف الاخر كان تقليل الفرق بين الطلب الحقيقي الذي تحتاجه المستشفيات من مركز نقل الدم وبين الكميات التي تم طلبها بالفعل. وقد تم أخذ المركز العراقي لنقل الدم (ICFBT) واثنين من المستشفيات التي يزوّدها بمنتج الدم الواقعة في بغداد وبعد حلّ النموذج المقترح من خلال تطبيق البرنامج (LINGO) للوصول الى النتائج وتم تحديد أقل قيمة لدالة الهدف التي تبين انها بمقدار (29361.9)، وذلك لعدم تحقق الاهداف المطموح لها حيث ان الانحراف الاول للهدف الاول الخاص بكلفتي الخزين والعجز كان بمقدار(86424) دولا والانحراف الثاني للهدف الثاني الخاص بكمية العجز كان بمقدار(830) Unit.
