يتضمن هذا البحث تطبيق الطرائق اللامعلمية في تقدير دالة البقاء الشرطية والمتمثلة بطريقة Turnbull)) و (Generalization Turnbull’s) باستعمال بيانات البتر (مراقبة) لفترة والمتمثلة ببيانات مرض سرطان الثدي ولنوعين من العلاجين العلاج الكيميائي والعلاج بالإشعاع واعتبار العمر هو المتغير المشترك ويكون متغيرا مستمر, اذ تم تطبيق خوارزمية المقدرين من خلال استعمال برنامج (MATLAB) ومن ثم استعمال معيار متوسط مربعات الخطأ(MSE) للمقارنة بين المقدرين واظهرت النتائج افضلية مقدر (Generalization Turnbull’s) في تقدير دالة البقاء الشرطية ولكل من العلاج الكيميائي والعلاج بالإشعاع اذ نلاحظ بان منحنيات البقاء المقدرة لا تظهر اختلافات كبيرة جدا ولكن منحنيات المرضى الذين يتعاطون العلاج الكيميائي كانت اكثر استقرارا ووقت بقاء اطول اذ ان الانحلال او الاضمحلال السريع اي التناقص في قيمة الاحتمال لمنحنى المرضى يحدث في زمن كل من الفترة التاسعة وزمن الفترة الثانية والعشرون وكذلك زمن الفترة السادسة والعشرون ويصل قيمة الاحتمال لدالة البقاء الى الصفر في زمن الفترة الاخيرة .
