المستخلص
يمثل هذا البحث محاولة من قبل الباحث للتوسع في استخدام المقدرات المعلمية واللامعلمية لتقدير الجرعة الوسيطة المؤثرة (ED50)، حيث قام الباحث باستخدام ثلاث مقدرات لا معلمية ومقارنة النتائج الخاصة بها ، حيث تضمن البحث المقدر الاول وهو ( سبيرمان- كاربير ) والمقدر الثاني ( المتوسط المتحرك ) والمقدر الثالث ( الجرع المتطرفة الفعّالة ) ، وأستخدم الباحث طريقة (تصغير مربع كاي ) كطريقة معلمية ، ولقد قام الباحث من خلال هذا البحث حساب متوسط الخطأ التربيعي (mean square error ) للجرعة الوسيطة المؤثرة (ED50 ) لتلك المقدرات والمقارنة فيما بينها ، وقد أظهر البحث أفضليه طريقة (تصغير مربع كاي ) في تقدير الجرعة الوسيطة المؤثرة (ED50 ) بالنسبة للطرائق اللامعلميه المستخدمة بالبحث .
