الملخص Abstract
تعد مشكلة النقل واحدة من أهم الاساليب الرياضية المهمة التي تساعد على اتخاذ القرار المناسب لنقل البضائع من مصادر التجهيز إلى مراكز الطلب وبأقل تكاليف ممكنة, اذ تم في هذا البحث بناء الأنموذج الرياضي الخاص بمشكلة النقل الثلاثي الأبعاد الذي يكون فيه نقل البضائع غير متجانسة, وتم استعمال اسلوب البرمجة الخطية (Simplex) لحل مشكلة نقل المنتجات الغذائية الثلاثة (رز, زيت, معجون) من المخازن إلى المناطق الطالبة في بغداد/ الكرخ, الرصافة ولقد اثبت هذا الأنموذج كفاءته في خفض تكاليف النقل الاجمالية للمنتجات الثلاثة وبعد حل الأنموذج في برنامج (Win-QSB ) أظهرت النتائج إن الكلفة الكلية للنقل هي (269,979.4$) دولار أي ما يقارب ((33,747,425 مليون دينار مقارنة مع الكلفة الكلية للشركة (310,116.59$) دولار أي ما يقارب (38,764,573.75) مليون دينار وايضا˝ هذا الانموذج يحقق أرباح بقيمة (40137.19$) دولار أي ما يقارب (55,017,148.7) مليون دينار.
