أثبتت الهندسة المتزامنة كتقنية متميزة كفاءتها إذ عكست آثارها على الشركات الكبرى، العالمية. وأصبحت مجالا حيويا مرتبطا بقدرتها على تحسين جودة المنتجات بشكل مباشر، مع تركيزها على جميع عنـاصر المنافسة المحلية والعالمية على حد سواء على وجه العموم، يأتي هـذا البحث ليتناول موضوع "الهندسة المتزامنة"، في شركة "ديالى العامة للصناعات الكهربائية" واهمية تشكيل فرق عمل لهذا الغرض بغية تجسيد فوائد هذه التقنية في تطويرمنتجاتها. واستخدمت الاستبانة كاسلوب لجمع البيانات لاراء الادارات العليا ومدراء الاقسام وصولا الى نتائج تعزز من ضرورات ودور فرق عمل الهندسة المتزامنة في تحسين وجودة منتجاتها.
