يهتم البحث بدراسة العلاقة بين إدارة الذات كمفهوم إداري معاصر بأبعادها "رقابة الذات ، الثقة، يقظة الضمير".مع الجدية بالعمل بأبعادها "التحدي، الالتزام، السيطرة" وتأثير المتغير الأول في الثاني . وذلك في مستشفى الشهيد غازي الحريري في بغداد.
تم استخدام الاستبانه كأداة لجمع المعلومات، ووزعت على عينة تتكون من(60) شخصاً.أربعين منهم أطباء والباقي من العاملين الإداريين، وقد بلغ مجتمع البحث(103) شخص. وتم استخدام الوسط الحسابي المرجح والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الارتباط كأساليب إحصائية لاختبار الفرضيات.
وقد انتهى البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي يمكن أن تطور متغيرات البحث.
